About us
We are a small, family run, pet friendly gated site for the Retired and Semi-Retired, living in either Mobile Homes or Chalets. The site is registered with the local authority, as is each individual plot, (a small yearly charge similar to council tax is payable).
Plots are available on a yearly renewable lease and start at a modest €2000 + IVA (including water). All plots have private parking. We have both Mobile Homes and Chalets for sale or you may want to have your own home sited. (subject to availability). There are on site trades who can help make your new purchase into the new home you of your dreams... We can help you with Portuguese residency, Fiscal number and bank accounts.
